Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for part-time hours?

Working for a professional services company as a receptionist, you will provide a high standard of administrative and front of house, playing an important role in the smooth running of a busy office.

Main Responsibilities

·To answer and announce calls in a timely fashion

·To greet all visitors with the utmost professional courtesy and respect

·Point of contact for visitor parking, monitor and keep records of bookings

·To book meeting rooms and co-ordinate the booking system

·Set up meeting rooms and make sure fully equipped

·To order lunches and canapes for events as required

·To support office events when required (may include some early mornings and late afternoons with notice)

·To book couriers, flowers, taxis for clients and staff as required

·Manage incoming/outgoing post

·To update the internal telephone list and distribute hard copies to the office

·Update the Intranet page

·Keep accurate records of the petty cash system and collate receipts

·To pay any office invoices and carry out the banking as required

·Prepare, update and distribute office visitor packs

Experience and skills required

·Previous front of house/reception experience preferably for a professional services company

·Effective communicator both verbal and written

·Eagerness to provide a high level of customer service and administration

·Clear and concise speaking manner both face to face and on the phone

·Professional and smart appearance as you are the face of the company

·Must be able to work part-time hours 8.30am - 1 pm
