They are now seeking an enthusiastic Solicitor to join their Personal Injury team.
An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join an expert team in their Nottingham based office. Our client deals mainly with claimant matters, therefore experience in this area is essential. The successful Solicitor will take on a varied caseload which may include: multi-track and fast-track; assessing liability; evaluating quantum; obtaining and considering medical records; instructing Counsel; negotiating settlements and; drafting pleadings. If you are passionate about Personal Injury law and would like the opportunity to take on a mixed caseload, this opportunity is not to be missed.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE gained in a Personal Injury department;
Experience handling a varied range of Personal Injury claims, in particular claimant matters;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Ability to work efficiently whilst retaining a keen eye for detail;
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
