Ideal role for someone looking for the next step in their face-to-face charity fundraising career. Only applicants with a minimum of 6 months experience as a Team Leader of a face-to-face fundraising team (street or private site only) considered for this role.

Contract: Temporary on-going
Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
Salary: £27.500 - £31,000 depending on experience. Bonus structure also in place for added earnings.

The role:

The role of the London Private Site coordinator is to work alongside the London Manager to manage, support and deliver high performing results for the Amnesty in House Private Sites Fundraising campaign.

They are responsible for coaching, training and developing the fundraising skills of the Team leaders and Fundraisers and will work with the Amnesty Training manager to improve our training programme for all levels of fundraising experience within the teams.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Training, Coaching and Developing Staff
  • Monitoring and Evaluating Results
  • Recruitment
  • Performance Management
  • Administration

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Team Leader on a face-to-face fundraising campaign - street or private site based (ESSENTIAL)
  • Understand the principles of F2F fundraising
  • Experience of recruiting, managing, coaching and motivating staff
  • Experience of performance managing individuals, and holding individuals accountable for hitting set targets
  • Have experience using MS Excel & MS Outlook
