Product Manager - Major Insurer - Contact Centre Focused Role

Working within the transformation arena of a leading insurance business, the product manager will work within an Agile/Scrum focused environment, focusing on the creation of contact centre applications.

The Successful Product Manager
I am looking for an experienced Product Manager, or Product Owner who has a solid background working within business transformation within an insurer, or financial services organisation, and who has worked on projects that have encompassed contact centre applications.
This role will involve working closely with the delivery team, so experience of end to end product delivery lifecycle is essential.
You will be Agile certified, or at least had experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
You must be a first class communicator with the ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders, and third party suppliers.
