Working within the production and sales support arm of this business will see you handling client requests, paying attention to the minutest of detail in regards to their order, understanding timescales and delivering goods on time, in budget and to maximum effect. This is a fast paced role where client management and expectation management is key.
*Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, campaign time lines and expected delivery dates.
*Liaise with overseas production to provide accurate quotations and timescales.
*Develop quotes and proposals for client presentations/ pitches supporting the sales team.
*Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that will impact on production timescales.
*Support the sales team in administration and delivery of new client accounts
*Keep in contact with the client throughout the ordering process keeping them abreast of the changes.
*Log sample and production orders.
*Become a key point of contact for any client queries and issues.
*Manage to delivery of products to client's site, liaising with shipping and delivery companies.
*A quick learner with an adaptable personality.
*Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.

Package - A competitive salary of £23-25k plus an annual bonus (circa £2 -£3k per annum)
