I have just picked up such a fabulous opportunity working for a prestigious and well known Hedge Fund based in Mayfair. They are looking for an experienced and credible Receptionist to join their firm, it is very much a family office feel and everyone across the floor is lovely. As the receptionist you will assist with ad-hoc office duties as well as Secretarial duties. You need to enjoy talking on the phone and a warm and friendly telephone manner.
*Secretarial duties: answering phones/door, dealing with couriers, post, errands, stationary orders, lunches
*Office: general administrative duties, ad-hoc duties, liaising with service providers, ensuring the office is in order & kitchen/gym/stationary room tidy
*Diary management: using Microsoft Outlook, booking in meetings/travel, preparation of meeting rooms
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
*Experience as an office concierge would be an advantage but not essential
*Have a good level of desktop IT skills
*Experience working in an office environment
