Receptionist - Cheltenham Office - Crowe UK LLP
Based at reception, you will have responsibility for providing a professional and efficient reception service which will include other administrative duties to support the wider secretarial team.
You will be hard-working, personable, enthusiastic and capable of delivering exceptional customer service.
Regular duties will include:
Answering the phone and fielding calls/taking accurate messages appropriately
Greeting visitors and making refreshments
Opening the post
Dealing with deliveries/couriers
Booking and setting up meeting rooms including technology and organising refreshments
Photocopying and scanning of documents
Booking taxis and working lunches
Updating the client database and CRM database
Assisting with other various administrative tasks as required
Key skills and experience:
This is a busy role so you will need to be able to multi-task in a calm and efficient manner.
You will have at least 2 years’ relevant reception and administrative experience of working within an office environment.
You must be of smart appearance, have an excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills (including Skype, Word and Excel).
Full-time. 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary £Negotiable plus benefits dependent upon experience
