Based in beautiful, chic offices in the West End, as a Receptionist you will be the first point of call when clients come to the office so fantastic communication and customer service skills are essential. Along with this you are the image of the company so neat personal presentation is important.
The duties of this role include: operating the switchboard, taking incoming phone calls, providing refreshments for boardroom meetings, overflow audio typing, ordering and keeping track of office supplies, and general admin duties.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a reception or admin role, along with fantastic English and typing skills.
