PAY RATE: £10.00 per hour

DURATION: 1-2 months (opportunity for on-going assignment)

Our client is a world leading health club and a global brand with 233 clubs in 8 countries with 1.4 million members. With exclusive classes, innovative equipment and enthusiastic staff, they pride themselves on motivating and inspiring each member.

They require a strong well-established receptionist for support for a guideline of 1-2 months with a high chance of a possible on-going assignment. They are looking for someone that will take responsibility for the front of house with a friendly, bubbly and well-organised individual. You must be willing and able to carry out a number of admin tasks whilst managing a busy switchboard. Must be available to work shift patterns Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00am - 18:00pm. Previous experience as a receptionist is a must.


  • Front of house duties
  • Answering the telephones
  • Accurate message taking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
  • General office support including scanning and copying,
  • Data entry
  • Typing (letters and project typing)
  • Meeting & greeting
  • Booking taxis and couriers
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Updating databases


  • Experience of communicating with customers
  • Self-starter who can work independently and in a team
  • Bright, confident and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely confidential, reliable and strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and able to commit to 1-2 months and able to do shift work
  • Always upholds the highest standards
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Well organised and have a sense of urgency
