Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Administrator role for this Norwich city centre based business.

This is a very busy and varied role and will require someone with previous administrative, secretarial and customer-facing experience.

The Role:

Diary management to support the wider team

Dealing with deliveries and collections

Maintaining electronic records

Issue visitor passes

Provide a professional, welcoming and helpful reception service including answering the intercom system, greeting visitors and answering calls on behalf of the team.

Liaise with contractors, clients, and tenants as required, in particular arranging site inspections.

Keep records of correspondence

Log cheques and remittances received

Booking and amending meeting rooms

General administration and secretarial support as required

Skills & experience required:

Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook and knowledge of MS PowerPoint.

Able to work to deadlines, producing work in a timely and efficient and responsive manner.

Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients with a real attention to detail.

Be able to demonstrate the ability to establish good relationships with both clients and team members.

Ability to work at a fast pace with energy and enthusiasm.

Experience of working in a large and fast paced team ideally in the Real Estate or Property related sector.

Experience of formatting documents and reports.
