Receptionist/Office Administrator required to join a small American law firm, fun and sociable team based in stylish offices in the West End with massive growth plans!

Salary up to £26,000

Hours 8:30 - 5:30

Main duties to include:

-Office Coordination
-Setting and clearing rooms, including refreshing water, setting tea and coffee facilities up
-Setting up lunches
-Taking bookings over email, phone and face to face
-Answering emails with meeting room requests
-Assist with event planning
-Front of house cover
-Monitoring office supplies

This role does not require previous experience, the most important aspects of the successful candidate will be someone who is proactive, engaging, sociable and eager, someone who is happy to pitch in wherever needed with a calm and friendly attitude at all times
