Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum

Established SaaS vendor in the Thames Valley area are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the companies next stage of growth.

The Regional Sales Manager or Business Unit Lead will manage an end to end industry vertical where you will have ownership on the total revenue. This includes;

  • Management of the Tier 1-5 accounts
  • Renewals of existing accounts
  • New logo deals in the mid-enterprise space with the support of a BDR
  • Overseeing an ISR who will be looking after your SMB business
  • Professional Services (new and existing revenue)
  • Focused team around the Tier 1 accounts (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing and Pre-Sales)
  • Plus overseeing the associated consultants and marketing team for your customers

The company will be expanding into Europe later in the year and the remit of your role will grow with this expansion.

Your background:

  • Track record selling in a SaaS environment, (preferably CRM or business applications)
  • Selling to business owners and the C-Suite
  • Managing a customer portfolio
  • Upsell/Cross-sell
  • Developing business at the mid-enterprise level
  • Managing and leading a team
  • Engaging and deploying resources
