Area to be covered: South UK Based: Commutable London

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + 20% of basic salary

*Generating Sales of high quality / high end boiling water taps / on wall boiling water products used in residential projects
*50% of your time generating sales via interior designers and developers
*50% of your time dealing with high end kitchen showrooms
*Taking over approximately 50 active accounts with high end kitchen showrooms
*Taking over a territory currently achieving around £900k turnover per annum with a view to significantly increase turnover via the specification residential market through new relationships with Developers and Interior Designers
*Conducting around 20 meetings per week and regularly updating the CRM systems
*Taking over an area which will incorporate the whole of the South UK territory with approximately 70% of your time spent in London


*Demonstrable track record of specification based sales ideally within the KBB market sector with product sales such as: brassware, taps, mixers, showers, kitchens bathrooms, tiles, bathroom furniture, kitchen appliances, flooring, carpet tile or any interior specified residential products
*Experience of generating specifications with interior designers or regional developers OR
*Experience in sales to independent kitchen / interior showrooms
*A track record in sales of high end products
*Track record within the residential market sector
*Commercially astute and IT literate
*Consultative / solution orientated sales approach
*Dynamic, energetic, driven, team player


*Established over 25 years in UK
*Circa £20 million turnover
