You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, you will manage relevant incoming and outgoing emails, prepare and distribute maintenance packs, carry out weekly quote follow ups, arrange site surveys, arrange appointments for the sales teams and administrate monthly sales analysis reports. You will also support client engagement including face to face contract reviews and exhibitions.
The successful candidate must have a min. of 3 years experience in sales administration and coordination, preferably from the construction sector, with the ability to organise others without neglecting their own key responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, showing great attention to detail at all times. Paired with that a proactive nature and a dedication to ensuring the highest levels of customer service consistently. Must have good computer skills with a detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, outlook and email.
Must be numerate with a working knowledge of spreadsheet set up and formulas.
