My client is the market leader for sports and fitness equipment, service and maintenance provider of choice for over 16,000 schools, Leisure Centres, Universities, Police, NHS and Fire Authorities.
Through strategic planning and implementation, the company has seen an annual increase of turnover of 20% for the last six years and is set for this to continue.
International expansion is planned during the next two years to Germany, the Middle East, and Australia.
This role needs a confident Sales individual with experience ideally at a Director level for c. 2 yrs so that they can come in as the most senior individual to manage sales and revenue growth for the company, but also to manage and, crucially, train and develop the wider sales teams. The individual will need to work with other teams such as marketing and PR so that effective strategies can be put in place that compliments the sales strategies.
