Role: Senior Claims Handler - BTE Insurance
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000

A well-established specialist insurance company are seeking a Senior Claims Handler to work within their internal claims team focussed on the provision of high quality customer service.
Role Requirements & Duties:
-Assess and process all clams in line with company procedures and authority limits with limited supervision.
-Work directly with brokers, insurers and clients on ensuring the claims processed without delay.
-Respond promptly and efficiently to all claimants using various communication methods.
-Assist with audits external laws firms.
-Provide ongoing support to junior members of the team (without management responsibility)
- Take responsibility for own L&D needs and objectives.
Candidate Skills and Competencies:
-Law graduate or equivalent OR min. 5 GSCE's C+
-2+ years relevant claims//legal experience
-CII qualified or working towards desirable
-Good numeracy and literacy skills, good knowledge of MS office systems
