Senior HR Business Partner, Insurance

£70 - 80,000 + Car + Bonus + Bens
Our client, a growing Insurance scale up business which is part of a larger group, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. It is effectively acting as the Head of HR for the division, partnering the MD of the Insurance business.
The key focus of the role will be end to end implementation of the SMR (Senior Management Regime) as it is introduced to the Insurance industry by December 2019. The role will also be responsible for the HR Business Partnering of this division and has access to the Centres of Excellence and Shared Serivices of the larger parent company for support.
To be successful, you will be familiar with SMR and have either supported or owned its implementation in a prior business. We are open to someone who is keen to step up and own the agenda for the first time but didn't have full responsibility previously, or someone who has delivered it end to end.
£12.00 - £15.00 per hour
£12.82 - £14.87 per hour
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, negotiable, pro-rata, inc benefits, OTE
