aspire cambridge are currently recruiting for a Telephone Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client in Soham, Cambridgeshire.

Ideally you'll come from an automotive parts/service environment.

Key responsibilities will be to:

answer phone, fax and email enquiries promptly and professionally;
accurately quote price and availability of engines, turbochargers, gearboxes and cylinder heads;
carry out sales order processing using our Sage 200 system;
raise final customer invoices;
liaise with the returns department to arrange delivery of sold items;
carry out various administration duties.
Ideally the successful candidate will:

have automotive parts experience;
have excellent communication and customer service skills;
possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify solutions to problems;
have experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) or Sage 200, although not essential as full in-house training will be provided.
Start: ASAP
Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (20 min morning break, 30 min lunch break)
Salary: £depending on experience
