You won't be micro managed or heavily KPI targeted - to KITE structure speaks volumes. You need to follow the process and learn from some of the best in the business. Kite's 5 week intensive training programme is designed for you to practice, practice, make a mistake or two, practice some more and then graduate as a recruiter at week 6.
KITE is a family - they have an 'en masse' atmosphere (you'll even receive your own playful nickname - if you want!) The ideal candidate will be confident, charismatic, eloquent and able to build relationship with people who earn anything from £60k - £600k per annum.
The earning capacity is there but for the taking; at Kite it is about the service and delivery first and foremost - THEY DON'T SELL, they are consultative! Their sector is VERY I.T. niche and they work on a high referral basis too! So, if you aren't a shark by nature please be encouraged to apply.
Your blueprint will help decide whether you are on a contract or permanent desk to add another factor to ensuring your success.

Based in the heart of the City of London
8.30-5.30 core hours (but spookily enough if you work longer you could be more successful! - that's recruitment)
25 days holiday (which includes a shutdown to enjoy Christmas and New Year).
Starting salary £20k realistic 1st year OTE £30k
Opportunity to be promoted after just 3 deals (HONESTLY!)
